As the last all volunteer ambulance corps., in Hudson County, we value anyone who wants to dedicate time to civic service. With the modern day challenges of multiple jobs, both care givers out of the house, and a struggle to provide the necessities of life; Hoboken Volunteer Ambulance Corps. understands how important it is to have a flexible schedule, minimal entry level qualifications (i.e. CPR), and multiple training opportunities. The Hoboken Volunteer Ambulance Corps. is lucky to have a group of integral and dedicated members providing the best emergency care to the City of Hoboken.

To apply you must have a minimal certification of CPR. If you are not CPR certified for the "Professional Rescuer" please sign up for our next CPR class. (Also posted on the training area.)

(we interview candidates for membership the last week of the month then present the application to our membership the first Thursday of the following month. Here is what a typical time frame looks like: 1. We receive your complete application on March 11th, you will be contacted for an interview the last week of March. 2. We present all applications before a general membership the first Thursday of April.)
